[Closed] Update Rules List?

I think Derakel remembers but you never know... Anyway, it would be cool if you could supply a updated list of rules for the server. Seems that some people get introuble and they didn't know because a admin randomly makes up a rule at that time. For example: Your unable to make a key padded door into the main building in the spawn town that has those sliding doors. I cant find a web directory for the lists myself. Maybe because i dont feel like scrolling through a large amount of pages to find out the current list. But all i need to say is that a updated rules list would be awesome.

I update the Rules about twice a week. It is common sense not to Block a Public Area. If an Admin asks you to do it, do it. If it is an improper demand from the Staff Member, you simply Report it to an Owner (WITH Valid Proof).

I would like a Suggestion of what updates i should apply.

Not really a rule but maybe add how long you have to wait till NLR is done. Cause someone said its like 5 minutes.
