NEW [MUST READ] Mod/Admin Format

This is the format for an moderator/admin application. When you start an application, you must start your topic with the "[APP]" tag somewhere in the name or the topic will get removed.

You must be a moderator for at least 2 weeks before submitting an admin request.

Also to become a mod your application must be accepted by 2 JFFS staff members with a rank equal to or higher than Admin.

Copy and paste the code below into a new topic then fill out the questions remember the topic must have [APP] in the title.
